The new City of Carthage Online Payment is now available.

To access the payment page

Click Here!

To Sign In/Register click the Sign In/Register button in the upper right corner of the webpage.

You will then be taken to a page showing this:

1) Click the Create an Account button at the bottom of the screen.

2) Enter the information as requested.

3)Click Sign Up.

4)Check e-mail for verification code from Community Access - Enter the verification code you are sent in the text box code and then click Verify.

5) Once webpage loads, click Add to my Services under additional Links

6) Click Add to my services again on the next screen.

7) Once this step is completed, you will be routed back to the Home Screen.

To pay a Utility Payment - Click Utility Billing

Then click Add Account

**YOU MUST ENTER THE ACCOUNT NUMBER EXACTLY AS LISTED ON YOUR BILL, INCLUDING DASHES**

*YOU MUST ENTER THE LAST PAYMENT AMOUNT – IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE LAST PAYMENT AMOUNT, YOU MAY CALL CITY HALL FOR THIS INFORMATION. *

To enroll in e-Billing: (this service stops bills being mailed to the address on file and will utilize email for notification of bill cycles)

Click Contact preferences on left column and enter information as needed then Update

Text to Pay and Auto Pay are also available – click the links to enroll. Text to Pay allows notices and payments sent via text messages. Auto Pay allows automatic monthly payments on or before the due date via a credit or debit card.

** PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ENROLLED ACH BANK ACCOUNT DRAFTS – AUTO PAY SERVICE UTILIZES A CARD TRANSACTION ONLY**

*IF YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT THROUGH OUR OFFICE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY. *
